Bacteria don’t get a good rap, but apart from the few types that make you ill, they’re actually wonderfully helpful in the creation of everything from beer to bread. Let’s find out how to create these single-cell heroes in the Little Alchemy games.
Ingredients needed to make Bacteria
Making bacteria relies on a flicker of Life and some squishy mess. There’s only one recipe in Little Alchemy 1, and 3 in Little Alchemy 2.

The quickest way to get to Bacteria
Bacteria can be found fairly rapidly, once you’ve reached the dizzy heights of mud and plants it’s just a matter of bringing in Life. It will take at least 7 steps in LA1, or 8 in LA2 (9 if you haven’t yet discovered Time).
